I’m Ivan Aragon, a dedicated mortgage broker committed to helping families achieve their dream of homeownership. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, I understand the importance of trust, reliability, and expertise—qualities my clients seek in a mortgage broker. Overcoming the challenges of being an undocumented student and later a DACA Dreamer, I pursued education with determination, earning degrees from Phoenix Community College, Arizona State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

At Sensibly Home Loans, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a meticulous approach to the mortgage process. Clients can count on my deep understanding of the market, attention to detail, and dedication to finding the best loan options to fit their unique needs. Transparency, honesty, and personalized service are at the core of my practice, ensuring clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking for my family, playing volleyball, and dancing Salsa and Bachata. I also co-founded the Latinx MBA Association, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, to empower our community to reach top business leadership roles. Additionally, I’m the host of the Home Loan MBA Podcast, where I share insights on real estate and home loans, aiming to demystify the home buying process for everyone.
